GWI Electric is a commercial electrical contractor, licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, ROC #122099 (L-11) and California Registrar of Contractors, ROC #934953 (C-10). GWI Electric is located in the Phoenix West Valley.

GWI Electric specializes in ground up, new construction. We have developed a niche building higher-end restaurants. However, our project portfolio is extensive with experience in specialty and mass retail projects, tenant improvements, public works, and compressed natural gas. GWI Electric has contributed to several design-build restaurant projects. In addition to new construction, GWI Electric operates a commercial service and repair division.

Greg Wallace is the leader behind GWI Electric. Greg started his electrical career with the United States Army Corps of Engineers in 1980. In 1990, Greg established GWI Electric as a sole proprietorship and then in 1995 incorporated the business. Overall operations, final bid preparations, and project supervision are run by Greg. Under Greg´s leadership, GWI Electric has 20+ years of solid experience and stability.

General office administration, initial bid support, and marketing are headed by our Vice President, Kim Wallace. Kim has her BBA from the University of New Mexico and was first introduced to the world of construction as the construction manager for a call center build out in the early 1990s.
